The ketogenic diet, also known as the “keto diet”, is a low-carb, high-fat diet that has become increasingly popular in recent years for its numerous health benefits. By drastically reducing your intake of carbohydrates and increasing your intake of healthy fats, your body enters a state of ketosis where it burns fat for fuel instead of glucose from carbohydrates.
This can lead to improved weight loss, better control of blood sugar, and a reduction in inflammation.
One of the challenges of following a ketogenic diet is finding delicious, low-carb alternatives to your favorite high-carb foods. Fortunately, there are many creative ways to enjoy your favorite meals while sticking to your diet.
One such example is a delicious and satisfying keto pasta dish that you can enjoy without sacrificing your health goals. Here’s the recipe:

- Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened, about 3 minutes.
